I would like to cancel my Upgrade Subscription

Currently automated billing at the end of the subscription term is only applicable to accounts that have upgraded using PayPal.

You can cancel the subscription at anytime from your Paypal account. If you login to your Sharpmail account and clcik OPTIONS there is a link to cancel your PayPal subscription that will take you directly to the correct page on PayPal. Alternatively, contact support for assistance.
