No, we will rewite any occurance of your real email address for that of your disposable email address that appears in the body/message of your reply. We will also remove the Header we added if the original email is present in the reply. This is only possible for a reply direct to the sender.

If you add recipients to the CC or BCC of your reply those recipients will see your real email address. If you reply all, any recipient other than the sender will see your real email address.

Basically only ever click REPLY on an email never REPLY-ALL and never add any recipients to a reply unless you are happy for those recipients to know your real email address.
